Our goal is to restock monthly, however since ours is a painstakingly handcrafted product (not machine-mass-produced like some other painted glassware), restock dates may vary.

HOW DO I SAFELY WASH MY BEAUTIFUL CORNET BARCELONA ART GLASS?
Even though Cornet Barcelona products are durable and expertly crafted for many years of enjoyment, it’s always wise to treat fine glassware like any other items of high value. Skip the dishwasher avoiding bleach, solvents, and abrasive detergents. Instead, we suggest lovingly hand washing them in cold water and drying with a soft cotton towel to maintain their brilliance and lustre.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BUY IN ONE PURCHASE?
Depending upon the product, in order to make our limited-production glassware available to our customers worldwide, we usually cap purchase-quantities at 36 units of the same item per person. Should you like to request an exception because of special circumstances, e.g. a wedding or similar, please email us at: [email protected] and specify the product you’re interested in and the quantity you’re considering.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship all packages via UPS, DHL or USPS within 24 hours of receiving your order. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location.
For USA delivery: Standard: 5-7 days, Expedited: 2 days.
For international delivery: Standard: 7-21 days.

I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States, so orders shipped internationally will be processed as an importation and may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. We suggest checking with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these taxes as it's being required by the government of your destination country.
ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN USD OR CAD?
Our prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar). This may be a source of confusion for our valued Canadian customers, given that the $ symbol is also used to represent CAD (Canadian Dollar). Unfortunately, due to technical limitations of our current platform, we're unable to display prices in CAD at this time. DO YOU INCLUDE AN INVOICE IN MY ORDER?
Since our art pieces are often purchased as gifts, we don't include an invoice or receipt in the orders by default. However, for orders shipping outside the US, we are required to include an invoice for customs purposes.
