Requirements:
1. Use within 10 miles.
2. No signs of use, no wear, dirt, dust, or special odors.
3. Pack the product in the original packaging, with all accessories intact. (Photos of the packaged item must be sent to our customer service for approval. The packaging must match the received condition to be approved.)
4. Return confirmation and shipping label will be provided by our staff. Customers must use our provided shipping label for the return. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Orders that meet the 30-day free return requirements will receive a refund within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the goods.
If the condition of the returned e-bike or battery is inconsistent with the description before the return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deduct. The specific deduction ratio shall be deducted reasonably by Meelod depending on the loss of parts.
Returns are not allowed if they do not meet the above requirements or if the delivery date is more than 30 days later. Please refer to the following terms if you have any questions about the product or encounter quality issues.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Meelod is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
