Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and the details of your return. You will be reached within 24 hours with return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us via email at [email protected] for return address details.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore any return shipping costs incurred as a result of rejecting delivery of a package, or as a result of an incorrect delivery address supplied, are non-refundable. Once your items for return have been collected/sent please send tracking details to [email protected].
Please note: The Cosy Nursery is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
When your unused, returned item(s) is/are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 10 working days depending on the Financial Institution or Payment Method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible if you reach us within an hour of your order being placed. If your order has already been produced, processed or shipped, a cancellation will not be possible.
