2. Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT in EU. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before final order placement and includes all costs associated with the purchase including any shipping costs. Please note that additional costs (customs duties) may apply that we do not account for such as any possible costs/taxes that might occur when you pick up your package in your local country.
3. Delivery
Usually the item is shipped from us no later than 1 business day after the order has been received. If your product is not in stock despite placing your order we will notify you promptly about it via the email that you registered your order with.

Sweden: 39 SEK - 54 SEK (Free shipping over 500 SEK).
Europe: 69 SEK (Free shipping over 500 SEK).
Rest of the World: 100 SEK (Free shipping over 1000 SEK).
4. Shipping
We ship your goods with PostNord Sverige AB and Early Bird.
Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.
Delivery Options
Secure Delivery: PostNord MyPack Home Small - Our recommended option for enhanced package security. Your package will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring a reliable and secure experience.
Standard Delivery: Postnord Fast delivery to mailbox or Early Bird - Enjoy the convenience of having your package delivered directly to your mailbox. Please note that these options does not require a signature upon delivery. Download the Postnord App to check the estimated time of delivery to your mailbox.
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item you will need to do it within 10 minutes from ordering.
To cancel your order:

6. Reclaim
If there is an error on STUCKIES®, you should, within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us (by e-mail) of the error. We will then inform you on how to proceed.
7. Option to return & exchange right
At Stuckies.se, 14 days of open purchase and exchange rights apply after you receive your item (we do not refund SALE orders). The return must be unused and in unbroken labels/tags. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping and cost. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your request. All returns are refunded using the same payment method used in your purchase. We do not return the shipping cost.

You will get assisted by one in our STUCKIES® team and the address will be sent to you and then return your package to a post office.
8. Customs duties
In the case of international deliveries, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These are only determined when the parcel arrives at local customs in the country to which the parcel was sent. STUCKIES® cannot predict or control these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra customs clearance fees if/when they apply.

When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Mondido Payments AB, which are Swedish secure electronic payment solutions for e-commerce. Card information is always encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card networks regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and manage your personal data and location. We store the information that is necessary to complete the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information should be corrected, limited or removed, which we do to the extent possible under the applicable law (such as the Accounting Act). We are the personal data controller for the information that is collected and have entered into personal data support agreements with our subcontractors.
