- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return, and select a reason for your return.
- Click Request return. When your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Once the item has been received into our warehouse, you will receive a refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges. Please place another order upon receiving your refund.
- If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please do not request a return. Please send your order details and a photo of the incorrect item to [email protected] and we will be in contact with you shortly.
- If you believe your item to be faulty, please do not request a return. Please send your order details and a photo of the faulty item to [email protected] and we will be in contact with you shortly.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns of socks if they are the wrong size, wrong colour, or you simply do not like them
- All returns need to be in an un-worn, un-washed and saleable condition with their labels and packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns of socks/tights that have been tried on.
- All returns need to be completed within 30 days of receiving your item
- Items are returned at the customers expense, unless faulty. We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for return shipping. Lamington are not liable for the loss of an item being returned.
- We are unable to provide exchanges.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, end of line, or seconds stock, however, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if any of our products are faulty.
For international orders:
- Please select your products carefully - returns for change of mind will incur a shipping charge.
- If a product is faulty, we will offer a refund or store credit.
