How may I get a quote for a shoe?
It is company policy that only the buyer is able to give out quotes during the buy days and hours. Our employees are instructed not to give any quotes to avoid any confusions on pricing.
Do you ship outside of Washington?
Yes - we process and ship orders anywhere in the United states.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days after you place your order.. When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information. Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
What happens if my package is returned to GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN?
If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns; all sales are final. If the item is a gift, you must keep the receipt and make sure the shoe is still in brand new condition in order to work out an exchange. A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items for many individual sellers/consignors. These consignors are paid out shortly after their item(s) sell. Because of this, we are firm on our return policy.
Are all the items you sell authentic?
Get In Where You Fit In sells only 100% authentic products. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have in-house authentication specialists who inspect all products that are taken in and put up for sale.
When will you get more of an item that is sold out?
Restocks of styles and/or sizes depending on the availability within our network of sellers. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.
Do you sell used shoes?

Do you accept trades or size swaps?
We offer trading during the buy days and hours.

Size swaps cost $20 and must be within 3 sizes of the shoe you bring in. Depending on the size and going rate for the shoe you are trading in, we may ask for an additional fee.
Does GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN buy shoes outright?
Yes, we do. We prefer to send money via Zelle but can do a handwritten check on the spot.
How do I become a consignor at GET IN WHERE YOU FIT IN?
Consignment through our store means we sell said items for you, and pay you when your items sell.
To get started on the consignment process, stop by during our buy day to discuss with the buyer whether or not it makes sense for us to sell said items.

Who sets the prices?
Prices are negotiated based on what the shoes sell for at market value. We agree on a price with our consignors. We price items to move quickly.
When will I get paid for my consignment?
Every Wednesday you will get paid for consignment items that have sold. We will contact you and inform you what has sold and how much we owe you. From there we can send an instant Zelle payment or write you a check in the store.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
