Processing Time
Items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most all of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Fees & Time
We offer $5.95 flat rate USPS shipping for orders under $50 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 in the United States. International orders will be automatically be calculated at checkout per your address location and items ordered. If you prefer to ship USPS Priority or UPS, there will be upgrade options available at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays with USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS — once a package leaves our studio, delays with the shipping carrier are beyond our control.
Damaged Items & Replacements
If your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement! Please reach out to us at [email protected]. Please include a photo of the damaged shipment along with your order number in your email.
International Shipping
Yes! For international orders, please allow 1-6 weeks for shipments to arrive. We are not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
