WITHIN NORTH AMERICA
Covered:
- Damage during transit
- Lost or stolen packages
- Dented bottles
Not Covered:
- Melted chocolate or candy
- Broken chocolate bars
- Return packages
- Broker fees incurred for international shipments
- Wrong addresses provided by the customer
- Used products
OUTISIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
Covered:
- Damage during transit
- Lost or stolen packages
- Dented bottles
Not Covered:
- Melted chocolate or candy
- Broken chocolate bars
- Return packages
- Broker fees incurred for international shipments
- Wrong addresses provided by the customer
- Used products ( will be investigated)
- Packages damaged by customs & inspected by customs, (customs sticker or tape will be present)
