Return Policy

Our return policy is 30 days from purchase. You can return items for store credit exclusively within this timeframe. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot provide you with credit or an exchange.

To qualify for store credit, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned. Gift Cards, for instance, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not meeting these criteria, such as those in altered condition, damaged, or with missing parts not attributable to our error, will not be eligible for return.

Refund and Credits

Exchanges

Free Shipping coupons apply exclusively to standard shipping; upgraded shipping is not applicable.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
