Refund policy

At The Whiskey Workshop, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We have an exceptional track record of overdelivering for our customers and have had less than a handful of returns requests in our 6 years in business. That said, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we want to make it right. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for any inconvenience and will gladly replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive and inspect it, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

 

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. 

2. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your request. You will be notified via email once your replacement has been shipped or your refund has been processed.
