We do offer free UK shipping and special next day delivery (UK ONLY) for an extra cost calculated by Royal Mail.

On receipt of your parcel we will request the money via our paypal account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the charge. Once this has been accepted we will then send the exchanged parcel out for delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to high demand items temporarily out of stock will be put on back order and you will be notified immediately, by e-mail or telephone. You then have the choice to wait for your order, choose a different colour/style or cancel the order. Also If we are unable to deliver your goods, or delivery is delayed, we will inform you and you may cancel your order and claim a full refund.
Multiple orders will not be accepted, please do not order multiple items or other products to try on, if an item is unsuitable The Closet Queen will be more than happy to exchange but all terms and conditions will apply.
