Shipping to Multiple Locations

  • Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order now. There are two ways we recommend for this.
  • 1. One Order + Self-Ship: Make one order then separate and ship them yourself after receiving the package.
  • 2. Separate Orders: Make multiple orders and change the shipping address for each order.

How To Tracking My Order

  • Tracking information for your order can be found in the email we send after the order has been shipped or production has been completed.
  • If there is no email with shipping details that can be found, please get in touch with our service team and tell us your shopping ID number. We are happy to help!
  • *Please note that tracking may not be updated until 24 hours after the package has been shipped and you should contact the carrier for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If you have concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier first. Some carriers may mark packages as "delivered" before they arrive.

How to change shipping address after ordering?
