How To Initiate A Return
Return Policy
1. A return must be requested within 30 days, starting from the day the item is delivered.
2. Merchandise must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached)
3. If your order is eligible for a return, please reach out to [email protected] providing the order number.
4. Please return your package within 7 days once you receive the return address by email. In case of special circumstances, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, your return requests will not be accepted
Exchanges
We only replace items which are defective or damaged within 30 days since you receive them.
Refunds
When the return is received at our warehouse and checked in, the refund will be processed. A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original card
