PR AND INFLUENCER EXECUTIVE - 5 DAYS A WEEK. Required in the London or Bristol Office 3 days / week. Salary depending on experience.

The Role

At Beyond Nine we have ambitious plans for the future and we’re looking for a fashion-focused, strategic, people loving individual to join our brand team to help us continue building and nurturing our loyal community of influencers and customers through our social channels. We have built our brand by building meaningful relationships through our social channels so we’re looking for an individual who cares about our #BeyondNiners as much as we do! 

You’ll be a natural networker, passionate about Beyond Nine and all we do, and keen to join an ambitious and passionate team. The successful individual will hit the ground running, help us launch our affiliate programme and help take our relationships to the next level. This is a new and exciting role and the ideal candidate will thrive on a challenge.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Brand and Content and PR Manager to identify new creators to work across our product launches from engagement, outreach, lining up gifting opportunities and gathering content from our community to use across all our channels both organic and paid.

You’ll be working on our social channels on a day-to-day basis, from posting content to engaging and nurturing our community to identifying new creators to work with.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer outreach and identifying new opportunities for future collabs 
  • Managing our affiliate programme on Awin and any new platforms
  • Daily engagement and posting of some content across our social channels
  • Community management 
  • Managing the gifting process 
  • Managing our content library from our creators to ensure we have a steady stream of creator content to support product launches 
  • Creating reports to feedback insights to the wider team 
  • Supporting with events and pop-ups 
  • Supporting our PR manager with press outreach

Skills and Experience:

  • Affiliate marketing -  Awin experience preferred 
  • 2 years of Social Media management across Instagram and TikTok  
  • Influencer outreach and relationship building 
  • Analytical and results-focused using both GA4 and gathering insights from other affiliate tools
  • Working with paid partnerships
  • Commercially focused 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in writing PR and press releases
  • Supporting with press events and pop-ups
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • A good eye for detail

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE – 5 DAYS A WEEK. Required in the Bristol or London office 2 days / week. Salary depending on experience.

 

The Role: 

At Beyond Nine, we have ambitious plans for the future and we’re looking for an impressive E-Comm Executive to join us on our journey. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive outlook to join our expanding team. You will be joining Beyond Nine at an exciting growth stage. In this newly created role within the Digital team, you will report to the Head of Digital and be responsible for maintaining the website, as well as supporting acquisition and retention efforts. You'll also work closely with the Brand and Content team and the Customer Services team.

As we transition from a startup to a scale-up, you will need to be nimble and appreciative of startup life while driving innovation and efficiencies forward. You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, focusing on creating the best digital experience for our customers by utilising the right channels at the right time to deliver a meaningful impact to both our customers and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a solid process for product upload using Shopify in a timely and organised manner. 
  • Regularly review and update product, collection and information landing pages to ensure they are up to date, promote our brand effectively and support in driving conversions. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to manage and increase customer reviews. 
  • Support with proactively updating the website with seasonal banners, highlighting new product launches, markdowns and promotions in line with our Marketing calendar
  • Support with strategies around upsell, post purchase, abandoned baskets, referral when required.
  • Support with managing price changes across our site and spot checks to ensure all product data is accurate and up to date. 
  • Monitor website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing A/B testing.
  • Coordinate with the development team to support site functionality enhancements.
  • Working alongside the Head of Digital to drive traffic and increase conversion through email.
  • Continually evolve and optimize the weekly marketing email with consistent A/B testing. Ensure content reflects the core brand and trade plan, driving spend, cross-sell, conversion, and retention.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital to build and execute a retention strategy including a loyalty scheme and refer a friend program. Review and prioritize the highest revenue-generating life cycle initiatives, creating best-in-class email/SMS campaigns across Beyond Nine audiences.
  • Continually evolve and optimize the weekly marketing email with consistent A/B testing. Ensure content reflects the core brand and trade plan, driving spend, cross-sell, conversion, and retention.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to create and produce a monthly newsletter and implement more branded content within campaigns to balance sales-driven content.
  • Brief email copy and implement design using Canva, following Beyond Nine’s brand guideline for all email initiatives. 
  • Source and implement improved and new initiatives to drive database acquisition.
  • Constantly stay up to date with new initiatives and trends ahead in this area of marketing in a variety of industries to ensure we are always proactively ahead of the curve. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Previously used Shopify and Klaviyo. Desirable but not required. 
  • Experience in a start-up/scale up environment. Desirable but not required. 
  • A minimum of 2-3 years Ecommerce/Marketing experience.
  • A solution focused, positive outlook.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain strong attention to detail. 
  • A strong understanding of the Beyond Nine customer.
