We accept BPI, BDO, Gcash, Paymaya, and Credit Card.
Can I make changes to my order or change my shipping address?

Can I have my order picked up via Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.?
Yes, but we'll just have to make sure that the package is ready for pick up. You can message us @pawtastic.ph for your request.
How much is your shipping fee?
Shipping fee is P65 for Metro Manila customers and P100 for outside Metro Manila.
When will you ship my order?
We have two shipment days every week (Wednesday & Saturday).

How long it will take for my order to arrive?
We want your pet tags to get to you as soon as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days for them to arrive for Metro Manila orders, and 6-10 business days for Provincial orders!
Returns for Damaged Goods
If your pet tag is less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Send a photo of your pet tags and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. We will check how we can accommodate the concern. For confirmed damaged goods, we will send you a new tag as replacement.
