Our Price Match does have some limitations:
- We won’t match multi-buy offers (e.g. BOGOF), bundles, free gifts or cash-back offers
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery on the competitor's website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (e.g. eBay, Overstock)
- The competitor must be an Authorised Retailer for the product in question
- We will include delivery charges when comparing prices as they may not reflect the true price of an item
- The competitor must be a UK company, complying with UK tax laws
- A PriceMatch cannot be applied retrospectively
- We reserve the right to refuse a price match
