Q: Do I need to register before placing an order?
A: You may register upon checkout or proceed using our Guest Checkout option.
Q: What are the benefits of registering?
A: As a registered user, your checkout process will be faster and more convenient.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You can modify or cancel your order before your design proof approval. You can email [email protected] for any modification requests on your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
- Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
- A: We use a Secure Socket Layer certificate to ensure all transactions are securely processed using Stripe. We do not keep a record of your billing and credit card details. You can also opt to pay via Paypal.
Q: Can I use Paypal to process my credit card transaction even if I don't have a Paypal account?
A: Yes you can. Just click the Paypal checkout button and choose "Don't have a Paypal account" option at the lower portion of the Paypal page. Your transaction will be processed securely via Paypal.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for the order?
A: Your card will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed.
Shipping
Q: How much is shipping to my destination?
A: We offer a flat rate of $6 for USA and Canadian customers and $10 for all international customers.
Orders $30 and up get free shipping for USA & Canada customers.
Orders $100 and up get free shipping for international customers.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide. (standard registered mail).
Please note that risk of loss for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. Customs duties and taxes are shouldered by the recipient.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: An email will be sent to you with the shipping details once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder as the email might have re-directed there.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Production time is usually 5-6 business days after proof approval for custom stapms, embossers, and 3-4 business days for wax seals. Production time for wedding invitation is currently 3 weeks. If you need your product sooner, please talk to us, we're happy to help.

Please note that some international shipments can take longer than the transit time stated above, depending on the destination country's postal and customs policies.

Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange a custom made / personalized piece?
A: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Ladd Stamps. Cancellations, changes, or returns after shipment are not allowed on custom pieces as they are made to order. All custom items are final sale. If your custom device arrives defective please contact customer service at [email protected] or send a Whatsapp message to +16476499385. We will be happy to replace the item for you.
