- Extended Warranty – 5-year limited warranty (3-year parts and labor, 5-year parts) - additional fee of $250 to $350, depending on the chair
Once the claim is made, the manufacturer usually takes care of it within 5 business days.
How reliable are our chairs?
Our chairs have a 3% defect rate which includes issues caused by user error or improper installation. Our chair lasts 3000 hours which equals 8 years with 1-hour use per day.
What's the most common reason for breakage?
The footrest. People don't allow for the footrest to go down before getting out. This puts too much stress on the footrest.
The backrest is because users will push back on the roller heads to get more pressure. This will wear out the motor.
It also happens when it exceeds the weight limit.
This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
