As always Buddy RC strives to take care of each and every customer in the quickest and smoothest method possible. While we do not deter you from calling our office, with the volume of incoming calls with requests for customer service and product support, we are on the phones a considerable amount of the day. If you have spoken with us on the phone we try to make sure the customer is comfortable that their request was handled and answered in the best possible way in the given circumstances. You will experience with our conversations that we will not hang up without knowing that the customer understands the resolutions to any issues, and is well informed on the products they are using or planning to purchase.
Buddy RC will not oversell our customers, we ensure that the customer has the proper products for their expectations and growth in this amazing hobby and adventure. Each conversation can be an average of 20 minutes with our customers just to make sure that the personal level of support is given.
