We aim to ship all orders within 1 business days from payment received and cleared in our bank account or cleared by our credit card processing company.
Shipping methods.
All orders near or in cities will be sent via 1-2 business day couriers, remote destinations and post box addresses will be sent via the South African post office.
All orders placed before 13H00 will go out the same day, else the next working day. We however do keep packing until couriers arrive, this can be anywhere between 13H30 and 16H00. Often packages placed after 13h00 still go out the same day though.
Local pickup at our office in Pretoria will not be a problem. The order, can be placed online. It can be paid online or by cash, cards or EFT payments when picking up.
We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up orders from us.
Shipping insurance.
Full shipping insurance is added automatically to all orders.
Incorrect stock item levels
We try our best to keep stock levels as accurate as possible but it can happen that these levels can be wrong. If an item that shows to be in stock is not available we will immediately inform you of that with steps we can take to correct it. These steps usually will be to do a refund of the product price or an offer to send the rest of the order and the out of stock item, free of charge. once arrived. Backorder products.
We allow for out of stock products to be ordered. You need to understand that you will have to wait for the product to arrive and all other products ordered will be held back and be send when a back-ordered item is available. Back-ordered products can take anything from 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on where it is in the procurement process. Please contact us for a better ETA.
It is your responsibility to not order back-order products if you are not able to wait 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. Furthermore, a back ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive in 2-4 weeks, in some cases it will arrive much faster but it can also take longer.
