- The product being price matched must be brand new and an identical match, i.e. the same model name and colour, it can't be a demonstration or display model
- The product being price matched also includes any shipping charges
- Purchases by price match are ineligible for Winkalotts Rewards Program points
- If the product being price matched is on special this must be a current special at the time of applying for a price match
- Price matching only applies to New Zealand retailers and online websites
- Products sold through auction websites or private sellers are excluded from price matching
- We offer price matching at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to price match without disclosing a reason
