WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- We accept returns and exchanges 30 calendar days after ship date.
- EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS - All purchases made from 11/1-12/31 can be returned up until 2/1
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the return item(s) only and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. *Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless they received a defective, damaged or wrong product.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition."
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- No signs of wear, wash or damage in any way
- Clean of any debris, hair, makeup or deodorant
- Hang tag intact and attached
- Correct polybag included
If the above conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued for that item. 90 Degree by Reflex is not responsible to ship the used and altered garment back.
Please include a copy of the invoice / packing slip inside the return package for faster processing.
Please note: By law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for all underwear unless such underwear is in it's sealed unopened original package.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
- Click here to input your order number and email address to start a return/exchange. Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Fill out your reason for returning and click "submit."
- Check your inbox for your prepaid label. If you do not see your return label in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- *Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges on final sale items.
HOW LONG TO PROCESS RETURNS?
- Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.
- If you choose to return for store credit, your credit will be available in your 90 Degree by Reflex account as soon as the return is processed.
- If you choose to return for a full refund, you can expect the refund within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
- We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method.
CAN I RETURN A MYSTERY PACK?
We do not accept returns/exchanges for mystery packs. All Mystery Packs are final sale.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please visit our returns link: 90 Degree by Reflex and select "received defective product" as a reason for return.
Please note: Pilling is not a defect and will not be accepted for Damage/Defective Returns. For more info on this topic please visit our FAQ Page.
Our manufactured products may vary in logo placement, fabric content, seaming, and exact color. Images on our website are an approximation of the product. We cannot control if colors or shades on our products are different from actual product due to varying screen resolutions. These issues do not constitute as a defective item and will not be an accepted for Damage/Defective Returns. We do our best to update images accordingly, but inventory can vary from shipment to shipment. If you have any concerns or specifics, please reach out prior to purchase.
THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
If you purchased your Yogalicious or 90 Degree by Reflex product(s) from a third party retailer, all returns and exchanges must be conducted through the original place of purchase. This includes any defective item.
