Returns & Exchanges

At Itty Bitty Toes, we believe that online shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, for both you and your precious little one. That’s why our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order.

Refunds:

We are currently not offering any refunds on any orders. We do however issue store credit on orders returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please see "Store Credit" section for additional information.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale and custom purchases are FINAL SALE and they are not eligible for refund or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer.

Store Credit:

You will have up to 21 days after items have been purchased to return for store credit only. Store credit expires within 90 days. 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, Itty Bitty Toes does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.

For International returns, we strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your return.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit will be issued through a code that can be applied on a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total, during checkout.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
