Authority To Leave/Signature Release
If safe drop is requested, the responsibility of safely receiving the parcel rests with the buyer. Although we are happy to assist with recovery, miko does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect addresses and returned to sender
As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. Items that are refused delivery or returned to sender will automatically be issued a store credit less the cost of a $20 shipping and handling fee.
