We want your bag to be perfect. If you are unhappy with your bag, we will do whatever we can to make it right. We make each bag by hand, one at a time, and we put a lot of care into the craft. Due to fluctuations in dye lots and differences in onscreen colors, it is possible that your bag might arrive looking a little different than you expected. If this is the case, we will accept it back as long as it is in new condition, with tags still attached. You will be responsible for return shipping.
