Return
Provided you meet the following conditions, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
1. must be unused and in their original packaging, provide proof of purchase, and request a return authorization number within 14 days of delivery.
2. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Any returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving the return authorization number and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the item(s) and verify that they are in as-new condition, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping fees.
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will inspect them to ensure they are in as-new condition. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will issue a refund after deducting any restocking fees and return shipping fees.
Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges & Order Issues
In the event that your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us understand the issue, please provide a detailed description, photos of the product and a copy of your packing slip. We will do everything in our power to make things right for you.
