SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
- Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.
- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
- All unclaimed / undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.
- Sabbia Co is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
- Sabbia Co does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia
SHIPPING PROTECTION
When crediting an item, Sabbia Co Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs/taxes and the Protection fee are not included. When replacing an item, Sabbia Co Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order, the Protection fee for the replacement, shipping costs, custom/duty fees and taxes.
Claim Requirements & Time Frame(s)
Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the courier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 10 days after the last checkpoint for domestic shipments (and 10 days for international shipments, but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint).
Claims for packages marked by the courier as “delivered” must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by the courier as delivered.
Incorrect Address
If the customer inputs the wrong address at the time of order, Sabbia Co Shipping Protection will not cover this.
Customs Delays
Sabbia Co Shipping Protection will not cover a customer’s order if it is stuck in international borders/customs.
Missing Packages
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered as stolen and must be filed within 5 days of the “delivered” date. This ensures it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
Exclusions
Sabbia Co Shipping Protection will not cover a customer changing their mind about the order/item etc.
Sabbia Co Shipping Protection does not cover delays in shipping times.
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
- Please note that Sabbia CO is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
- To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
- We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
RETURNS
We (and the planet) are so grateful that you decided to simplify your skin care routine with Sabbia Co. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
Our policy only allows for refunds and returns when there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
