Delivery times
All sleepsuits, hats, bibs, crinkly, newspapers, and leggings, are ready to post
Gilet and older size leggings take between 1-2 weeks to make and ship unless stated that they are ready to post.
For special delivery on ready to post items, the order needs replaced before 12pm to guarantee shipping that day.
If 3 weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item .
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . A refund will only be issued for lost post if the item is out of stock.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to give us the correct postage address. If it is given incorrectly and this results in the parcel being lost or undelivered, we will not refund the order unless it finds its way back to us.

We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that are not damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn as these will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Also in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or it is an incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days. We must also receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.
Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund, and if you want an exchange, please include what style/ size and print you require. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
