These terms and conditions are specific when using our website and shopping with us online.
We hope you love your order from Foy and Company. If you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used, soiled, or damaged.
NOTE *Custom made and specially ordered goods are not eligible for return or cancellation.
We do not offer free returns, however if you wish to return an item to us, you can book an return online with Parcelconnect, through your local post office or instore.
Exchanging Goods
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new and in unused condition, and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.
