Order Management

Understanding Orders:

How will Ruumur purchases appear on my bank statement? 

Your purchase transaction will appear generically as ‘Ruumur’ for your purchase amount. There will be no product descriptions.

Cancellations and Returns: 

Can I cancel my order? 

At this time, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders once they have been placed. Ruumur works with our partners daily to ensure production and delivery of orders as quickly as possible. This process starts from the moment our customers place an order. This allows us to provide great products at steeply discounted prices.

Can I return or exchange my item? 

It depends - if you purchase Seel Return Assurance when you placed the order, then yes! You are more than welcome to return your item using Seel’s return process. 

If you did not purchase Seel Return Assurance when you placed your order, you will not be able to return or exchange your item. All items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at the time of purchase.

What is Seel Return Assurance?

Seel Return Assurance gives you peace of mind while shopping online. When you purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout, you have the option to return items that you purchase at ruumur.com. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance you will not be able to return or exchange items you purchase. .

What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. 

Please submit a photo of the damaged item with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you do not report the damaged item within this time frame, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your request. Acceptance of a claim is within our sole discretion. 

 

Tax:

Sales Tax 

Ruumur collects sales tax as determined by individual state laws in all 50 states.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Time Frame:

Please allow two to eight business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive (unless otherwise noted). 

For estimates of shipping times, refer to your order confirmation email. Please note that shipping times are approximated from the time your purchase leaves our partner’s warehouse.

How We Ship: 

Where will my order ship from?

These products/items are shipped directly from our partners.

Ruumur sends order information to our partners in real time or at the end of each business day. Our partner will then acquire or produce the products/items for shipment and ship the product directly to you.

Ruumur will then send you tracking information for your delivery. 

Delivery

When will my order ship? 

Orders will ship within two business days after the order has been received. 

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email 

Can I expedite shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to expedite shipping at this time. 

What locations can Ruumur ship to?

Ruumur can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to APO, FPO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico at this time. 

Additionally, we are not able to ship internationally (including Canada and Mexico) at this time. 

Why does the city in my shipping address change? 

Our system utilizes USPS-verified city, state, and zip code. So while some cities may have the same zip code, only the USPS-verified city will be recognized and entered into our system for shipping addresses.

For example, the zip code 94014 is used by both Daly City, CA and Colma, CA. If a customer inputs Colma as their city shipping address, our system will default to Daly City as it is the USPS verified and recommended city for that zip code. This will not affect the delivery of your order as long as long as your street address is correct.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order? 

Ruumur will send you order updates via email including shipping status updates. 

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Absolutely! You will receive an email from Ruumur with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Why isn’t my tracking number working? 

Tracking information can occasionally take some time to update. In most cases, tracking is updated when the package is scanned throughout its voyage. 

If tracking number issues persist, please contact USPS for up to date information on your order tracking. 

Disclaimer:

Ruumur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (such as bad weather, strike, carrier rescheduling, natural disaster, or incorrect shipping address). 

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may have additional charges noted at checkout. 

If you purchase several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We’ll send you a shipping-confirmation email when all or part of your order has been shipped.

Can I trust the authenticity of designer products being sold on Ruumur? 

Ruumur takes ensuring and guaranteeing authenticity very seriously. Our vendor partners are renowned in the resale world and stake their reputations on providing the highest quality authentic merchandise. All vendors/suppliers of merchandise have in-house experts to authenticate products and Ruumur carefully selects and vets all vendors that appear on the network. If the item you are looking to purchase is shipped with a certificate of authenticity, this will be included in the product description.

What payment methods does Ruumur accept?

You can pay for orders on Ruumur using the following forms of payment.

  • Sezzle
  • Visa 
  • American Express
  • Discover 
  • Mastercard 

Can I use multiple payment methods to pay for an order? 

Unfortunately no, you are only permitted to use one form of payment per order.

How do I use Sezzle as a payment option?  

Ruumur is happy to offer Sezzle as an option to pay over time for your purchases!

To use Sezzle as a payment method on your purchase, please follow these steps. 

  1. Proceed with your checkout as normal 
  2. At the final checkout screen, select Sezzle as a payment option 
  3. Click on “Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle” 
  4. The page will then take you to Sezzle's website to: 
    1. Create an account if you are not already a Sezzle shopper. 
    2. Log into your account if you have an existing Sezzle account. 
  5. Once an account is created and you have added a payment method with Sezzle, you can confirm the order to see if you will be approved for that purchase.
  6. Once approved, you can complete your order!

The Ruumur support team is always happy to communicate with our customers. To best assist you, we ask that our customers: 

  • Communicate with our support team in a respectful manner 
  • Allow us reasonable time to respond to customer requests 
  • Respond promptly to any communication from us when requested 

The Ruumur support team is comprised of people just like you. We are doing our best to help. With this in mind, we will not tolerate:

  • Harassment of any form 
  • Foul, abusive or offensive language (for example: swearing or remarks that are discriminatory) 
  • Threats or unreasonable demands towards other customers or employees 
  • Discriminating against any employee or other customer on the grounds of race, color, age, religion or political beliefs, disability or illness, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, class, learning difficulty, appearance or employment status
  • Violations of our Terms or Privacy Policy 
  • Abuse/Excessive use of claims 

If we determine that a customer’s actions violate our General Code of Conduct, Ruumur has the right to take additional action at our discretion. Including but not limited to involving law enforcement, should Ruumur determine it is appropriate.
