DISPATCH TIME

We are pretty quick! 
98% of all orders go out within 1-2 business days. 
Some products are made to order, so we may need an extra day to make it.
You will get an email with all updates about the status of your order. Make sure 
you check your spam folder too. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched our estimated transit guidelines within Australia are:

  • Brisbane, Gold Coast Metro: 1-2 business days

  • Other QLD: 2-5 business days

  • Sydney, Canberra: 3-5 business days 

  • Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 4-6 business days

  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 4-10 business days

 

EXPRESS POST

Express Post is an option at checkout if your delivery suburb is part of the Australia Post Express Post network.  

Oversize items (longer than 100cm) and fuel cannot be sent Express Post.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use different shipping carriers, depending on the location and size of your order. They include Australia Post, Startrack Express, Aramex and DHL Express.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All our parcels are sent with tracking. You can check your tracking number in our chat app here.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes we send items internationally everyday. We offer two shipping options for you to choose from DHL Express or Australia Post. 
DHL is the fastest and most reliable, but is more expensive. 
Australia Post International is more economical but slower and is handled by your national post service once your order lands in your country eg. USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail. Visit their website and enter your tracking no. for local, up-to-date tracking details.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and your delivery location. There's a shipping calculator on each of our product pages to give you an estimated freight cost.

 

CUSTOMS + DUTIES

It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges - every country has different tax laws. These fees are not included in your shipping costs and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.  

Threeworlds will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order may be returned to us at the customers expense. All additional fees incurred (eg. return freight costs) will be subtracted from your merchandise refund or billed to you by Threeworlds at a later date. Any custom charges paid by you to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

Customs delays are possible and may affect delivery arrival times.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection is an optional insurance you can purchase at checkout. It gives you cover in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit. A replacement order will be sent out free of charge once confirmed by the freight company. Excludes items that have been stolen after delivery, or if an incorrect shipping address was given. By deselecting shipping protection, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

 

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Threeworlds is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

Yes this option is available. You'll need to contact us for a discount code to organise pickup from our Burleigh Heads Shop.

FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time we run promotions offering Free Shipping, if you receive free shipping from our company we will send your order via the most economical method available, usually Australia Post. Expedited freight is not available using a free shipping discount. 

 

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If you've been sent the wrong item or have any other issues with your order, please get in contact with us within 30 days from receipt. 

 

WARRANTY

All products made by Threeworlds come with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee, during which time we will repair or replace the item provided the problem is caused by faulty craftsmanship. All items need to be boxed or sufficiently wrapped for return.

If you experience a problem, usually the quickest and easiest way to get this resolved is to show us. Taking a picture or quick video helps us to assess, diagnose and resolve most, if not all issues before sending your item back to us for inspection

If for some reason you are unable to do this, shipping it to our warehouse for inspection is also an option.
