What is HER-MINE? HER-MINE is a brand dedicated to empowering and pampering women through curated gift boxes with a selection of products sourced primarily from female vendor partners.

 

How does it work? We offer a variety of gift boxes that can be purchased as one-time gifts. You can choose from our curated selections. Each box is carefully crafted to provide an exceptional self-care experience, perfect for celebrating personal and professional milestones.

 

How long does it take to receive my box? If you are located in the United States, you should receive your box within 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7 to 30+ business days for delivery.

 

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies? Orders from HER-MINE typically ship within 1-3 business days of your order. You are charged immediately when you place your order. Please ensure your address is correct at check-out. HER-MINE is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $8.95 will be charged to reship the package.

 

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to Canada. International orders have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 30+ business days. HER-MINE is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes or custom fees for international shipments.

 

What if I moved and need to change my address? You can change your address by logging into your account or emailing us at [email protected]. Ensure you change your address before the 10th of the month in which your box ships. After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with the updated address.

 

What is your refund policy? We honor full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds will be processed manually and can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your card.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your box, we accept returns for store credit or refunds if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving it. The box must be returned in its original condition and packaging. A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted for refunds to your card. For store credit refunds, you will receive the full amount purchased as store credit.

 

Can I return or exchange individual items in the box? We accept returns or replacements for individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective. Please email us at [email protected] with photo evidence of any damages or defects within 14 days of receipt. Our team will gladly ship replacements for damaged items ASAP.

 

What if I received a damaged item? We will send a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Email us at [email protected] with photos of the outside condition of the box, the damaged item, and the inside of the box. You may be required to return the damaged goods for us to process the claim, and we will provide a shipping label if needed.

 

What if my box is lost or stolen? All HER-MINE Box orders come with tracking. HER-MINE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the postal carrier. Claims for lost or stolen items can be made through the postal carrier's website using your tracking number. Ensure there is a secure location for receiving packages or request boxes to be held at your local post office.
