Once the cheese has left the farm we cannot take any responsibility for an incorrect address. We can resend the same cheese with the cost of the additional postage.
For any replacements we will need to know the reason for the replacement, photo evidence of the reason and batch number of the cheese. This should be sent to [email protected] to be able to process any replacements.
