  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes we do! Currently you can order directly on the website for shipping to Canada, UK and Australia. Should you wish to ship outside of these countries, we are happy to help you with a shipping quote and create a manual order for you. Please reach out to [email protected] with your full shipping address, the items (including style, color, size, and QTY desired) and we will be able to assist you. PLEASE NOTE: Any Taxes, Duties or fees that are applied by your country are the responsibity of the receiver.  

  • When will my order be shipped?/I have not received a shipping confirmation.
  • All orders aim to ship within 10 business days of your order placement. Your 10 days starts the day after the order is placed. Our business days are Monday-Friday and we observe all holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number once we process your order to ship. Example: If you were to order on a Wednesday, and we process your order to ship on the following Tuesday, your tracking information will then be emailed at that time.

  • Can I edit my order?
  • Unfortunately we are unable to edit the items on an order once placed, as all apparel is made to order. However, we can edit the address and cancel an order before it ships. Please reach out to [email protected] with your: Name, Order number and the Change requested if you need help with an order. 

  • Can I return or exchange?
  • Since all apparel is made to order, we ask that you check the sizing chart before placing an order. As we do not always have lots of extra stock available an exchange can take some time due to the fact we may have to have a requested shirt printed and as we do not print everyday you could experience a delay in receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility. 

  • Have an issue with Merch received/Received wrong item?
  • As much as we try our best to ensure that errors with shipping do not happen they unfortunately do. Please reach out to [email protected] with your Name, Order number and the Issue with order and we will be happy to correct your order for you.

  • Are there any coupons?
  • Not at the moment, but we tend to give coupons during our livestreams, so be sure to follow us on social media. 

  • Can you backdate a coupon from a Livestream?
  • No, discount codes are limited to the time period in which we discuss them. 

  • Can you help with sizing?
  • The best way to check the sizing of an item is to measure a well-fitting shirt or sweatshirt you currently own- lay it flat and measure from side to side just underneath where the sleeve connects to the body of the garment and then compare to the WIDTH on the size chart. This should confirm that the item you ordered will be a good fit.

  • Can I ship apparel with DVD's?
  • No, CD's, Devotionals & DVDs are sold at www.thechosen.tv/store, which is a different distributor and is not connected to this merchandise site.
