• Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available for orders over $75 within Australia. For orders under $75, we charge a standard shipping fee of $9.95 for orders below $75.
• Shipping Time Frame
We ship most of our products out of Sydney, delivery time frame may vary between 3-10 days. We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on order updates.
• Returns Policy
You are entitled to a return an item, if it is damaged or faulty upon delivery WITH insurance. We will then supply you with new item.
• Change of mind
- We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods
- Goods must be unused, in the same condition as received including the packaging it was sent in.
- Customer is liable for the cost of the return shipping.
- Restocking of $9.95 fee may apply.
