Please check in with your neighbors, local postman, or yours/neighbors RING doorbell cameras etc. You can file a claim with USPS or UPS if needed. We will not provide refunds due to slow deliveries, or lost packages from the shipping carrier.
-We offer 30 day warranties on all items for defects ONLY. (Our warranty does not cover user damages). Anything after 30 days, is no longer our responsibility. If the item is repairable, we will repair it, if not, we can send a new item. This does not apply to FREE gift items. If you reject our warranty replacement, and seek a return, it is treated as a regular return and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
-If you make a mistake on your shipping address and we already shipped it out, it is no longer our responsibility. You can re-order the product or speak with the shipping carrier. We use the exact address provided by the customer.

-When using any of our bags, it is the consumers discretion whether to protect their bike from possible rubbing. We are not responsible for any damage possibly caused. We are also not responsible for anyones possessions inside their bags.
