Return & Refund Policy

7 Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, you MUST contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. You must ship the item back within 7 days of delivery once your return has been accepted. *Exceptions apply please see below*

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are paid for by the customer. You will be given a return label and shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost may vary between $6 to $10 depending on the weight of the item.

Any loss of value from the item will be deducted from the refund total.
If your item isn't returned on time (Specified in your return email), the return will be void and not accepted. You will be responsible for any costs involving shipment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Products on sale
  • Products bought with discount codes
  • Gift Cards
  • Products purchased using Gift Cards

As of right right we are not accepting returns initiated after 3 days of delivery.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
