Where's my Order?
You can track your order from using our courier sites. To know which courier is shipping your items please see list.

If your tracking number isn't one of the above or If you have not received your item within 10 working days from the date that we dispatched your order please email to inform us of this at [email protected] and someone will be happy to assist you.
Errors on the checkout page
If You are getting errors on the checkout page please make sure all your details are correct and no special characters are present. Please also make sure your address is a valid UK postcode. If you are still experiencing issues please give us a call 0121 389 4698.
Has my payment gone through?
If you have not received a confirmation email or your order didn't process on the website please give us a call 0121 389 4698
Cancel my order
If you wish to cancel your order we need to be notified within an hour of pacing your order. Please call us to let us know on 0121 389 4698
Orders are processed quickly so we must be made aware, if you order is still in our warehouse we can cancel and refund the order, if the order has left us its up to you to return this back to us for a refund.
Received wrong item
If you have received the incorrect item please contact us and we will resolve this for you at [email protected]
Returns
If you wish to return your order you can use the link: https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel and search For Your Little One. Please make sure your order fits under the maximum measurements for Evri if it does not fit their sizing please contact us via email. If your item is faulty there will be no charge for returns but for any other returns a payment of £4.49 will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure all returns are sent back as new and in a resaleable condition.
