We facilitate the return of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please be informed that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, we have the capability to waive the restocking fee.

- Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
- Opened items and refrigerated products, such as probiotics, are not eligible for refund.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Regarding defective products:
In the event of an incorrect, carrier-damaged, or defective product, a return label will be provided with no charge for return shipping. In case the package is damaged and rendered unusable, there will be no need for return.
Kindly remember to include a copy of your packing slip or your online order from your VITAHeals.com website account.
Refund details:
Your account will be credited with the actual amount paid for the product(s), less any applied discounts with in 2 days. We kindly ask for your patience as we process the return(s) and post the credit back to your card.
