Returns
If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund within 30 (THIRTY) calendar days of receiving a Product ordered from GoArmy.co.uk for £2 if you live in the UK mainland. International orders must arrange their own return postage which is non-refundable. The initial delivery charges are non-refundable
Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or not worn (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
RETURNING PRODUCTS BY POST
Returning via post:
Please follow the instructions outlined below:
- Returns labels are for those within the UK mainland only (NIR not included)
- We charge £2 for the returns label which is deducted from your final refund amount.
- To obtain a return label if you live on the UK mainland please click the link and follow the instructions (CLICK ME)
- If you are unable to generate a returns label please contact us via email
- Complete the returns note and enclose it with your Product(s).
- Print and place the returns address label provided on the parcel.
- If you do not have a printer to print the returns label you will have to arrange for returning the item yourself.
- The returns address is: GoArmy Returns, 81 Vermont Street, Excelsior Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G41 1LU
- Take the parcel (with the enclosed returns note) to a local My Hermes collection point. You can find your nearest collection points by visiting their websites
- Please remember to complete the returns note with your returned Products.
- If you live in a remote postcode extra charges may apply when returning an item. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We only provide one returns label per order. If you use one of our returns labels and need to return more items then you must arrange this return via your own courier.
It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to enable a precise proof of the sending date.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?
Please note we will refund you in 1-3 working days from the date on which we receive the returned the Product(s) to the specified address. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to GoArmy’s right to withhold amounts for Products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges. In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products but not the delivery charges.
PROMOTION AND DISCOUNT CODES
If you decide to return an order that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code.
Product Condition
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the Product(s) resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product(s).
- Any apparel must be returned unworn, with the original packaging and tags in place.
- Equipment, Tents and Sleeping bags must be returned in all original packing with tags and labels intact and unused.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
In addition to above, you may not cancel a contract for Products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, unless the Product is faulty.
EXCHANGES
If you would like the product in a different size or colour please send your current item back for a refund and place another order for the new size / colour.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through email ([email protected]). Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the Product and provide pictures if possible.
If you are a consumer and return a defective Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail . We will process the refund due to you with 1-3 business days. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, you will not be charged for the return label and you will be refunded the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
Paypal Disputes / Cases
We try and resolve any disputes amicably via email or phone first. If however you feel that you wish to open a paypal case against an order and paypal rule in our favour we reserve the right to charge a £10 admin fee for the time taken to resolve the case.
