Being a health influencer on Instagram, I hear a lot of people complaining about lethargy & difficulty in loosing weight
as well as parents complaining about cavity problems faced by their kids. , I realised the

and observed that the problem is alarmingly high amongst kids
I decided to look up the ingredients of some of the most famous sugary snacks brands and I was more sad than
shocked. All of them were loaded with sugar, added peresrvatives, chemicals and artificial flavours
I was worried about how much junk is going into a child in one bite
The major concern among parents was lack of healthy snacking options
I recalled how during summer vacations, my nani used to treat us with homemade tasty aam papad
