Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return an item, here's our return policy:
7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized/customized items
Initiating a Return
Click the Login in the store's navigation,
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add your UPI details(for COD orders) in the notes.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges(if applicable)
If you require an exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.
