Free shipping worldwide over $89.

For U.S. Customers:

We aim to check and pack orders within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will email you. Orders from the United States usually arrive within 7-12 business days of shipment, depending on your destination state and city.

For International Customers:

We aim to check and pack orders within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock we will email you. All international orders usually arrive within 7-25 business days of shipment, depending on your destination country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We now cover most of the duties and fees to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong. If you are experiencing customs issues in any of these countries or regions, please contact us by email.
Rest of the world:
We will try to avoid customs duties that you will have to pay, but if customs duties and import taxes are incurred, the costs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to shipping and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Delivery

Please ensure that your order address and post code are correct and detailed. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete order address, we are unable to issue a refund for orders not received. If your order needs to be redelivered, a redelivery charge will be incurred and the redelivery cost will be borne by the customer. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected]  as soon as possible before your order is shipped with your order number and correct information.
We will do our best to deliver your order to your doorstep and in rare cases you may need to collect it from your local post office. Please note that if you refuse to collect your package from your local post office, we will not be able to issue a refund. We are unable to refund or replace any parcel that has been refused by the recipient. Packages will not be returned to our warehouse as we ship from overseas.
