Delivery Costs & Timings

Quick Dispatch

If your order is placed before 12pm on a working day (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) we will dispatch you order the same day.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address you provided when placing your order. You should receive tracking information for your order via email, or text and email if you have provided us with a mobile number.

At checkout we will offer you the courier services we consider to be the most suitable depending on the size and weight of your order.

Small items under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service, items under 30kg and under 1.2m in length are sent using DHL. Anything large and bulky will be sent using our large item courier.

Unfortunately there are some areas that our couriers cannot deliver large and bulky items to. If this is the case, you will be told at the checkout and will need to provide a different address that is in a deliverable area.

Delivery Times

We offer a number of delivery options, depending on where you live and whether your item(s) are in stock when you place your order.

  • For Small Items (most items under 2kg and under £30 in value): Royal Mail Tracked Service - within 2 working days from date of dispatch
  • For Medium Items: (items under 30kg and under 1.2m in length): DHL Express Courier service - 1 - 2 working days from date of dispatch
  • For Large Items: (items 30kg and/or over 1.2m in length): Large Item Courier service - 2 working days from dispatch.

Please note some large items, such as Basketball stands, will be delivered in multiple boxes. From time to time, it may be necessary for couriers to deliver these over multiple deliveries. Please check your Courier Delivery Documentation in the first instance if you have not received all the items or components for an item.

Delivery Surcharges

Delivery surcharges may apply depending on the delivery zone and post codes areas. The Shipping cost for your order will be confirmed at checkout.

If you are unable to complete the checkout process, it may be that deliveries to your location (Areas outside mainland Wales, Britain and Scotland - such as the Orkneys or Channel Islands) require us to contact our couriers and obtain a quote for shipping costs. If you are unable to complete your order online, please contact our Customer Services team using the 'Contact Us' form

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event your item is out of stock after you have placed your order, and the website has not been updated to show this, you will be notified immediately and given an estimated date for when the item will be available. At this point you can choose to cancel the order, and will be given alternatives to the product you have chosen. If a suitable substitute is not found, then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. We aim to keep all our websites as up to date as possible but appreciate your patience where items are not updated immediately.

Can I track my delivery?

Once you order has been dispatched, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email containing order tracking information.

What if I am out when my order is delivered?

Information regarding the Courier used and tracking information for your order will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. Please refer to this information for details regarding options for amending the delivery date or location. In the event that you are unable to find this information, please contact our Customer Services team using the Contact Us form
