Our website is run by Shopify, so all of your personal payment information is completely safe! We accept all options that shopify offers, including mastercard, Visa and American Express.
How long before my order will be shipped?
Orders on our site are shipped between 2 - 7 business days after the initial purchase. This slight delay is due to the personalized nature of many of our signs. If you need your sign sooner, please send us a message on our "Contact Us" page and we can see what we can do!
How long before I will receive my order?
Orders shipped within North America have an average total delivery time of 2-3 weeks from the order day. This is subject to vary in accordance to shipping times offered by Canada Post and USPS.
Which countries does Daloutier currently ship to?
Currently, we ship to both Canada and the US. If you are in another country, just let us know and we can work something out!

Does Daloutier offer refunds?
We will offer refunds for certain issues, such as signs being damaged in the delivery process. Our refund policy is done on a case by case basis, but we always aim to ensure our customers are treated to the highest standard.
Can I get different sizes than what are currently offered?
Yes, we will be able to accommodate this if you send us a message on our "Contact Us" page!
Does Daloutier do completely customized signs for businesses or wholesale?
Yes, we have done completely customized signs in the past (check out our instagram!) and will continue to do so in the future. For completely customized signs, we do need a down payment to start the designing process. Please send a message on our "Contact Us" page if you are interested!
Money Back Guarantee Policy
We are so confident you will love our product, that we offer a money back guarantee. This is valid for 14 days after purchase. The sign needs to be returned at your expense to us via a valid shipping method and the refund will be granted when the item is received. NOTE - if a sign is damaged in transit or otherwise defective due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
