Hi, I'm Lauryn, the Customer Support Manager here at Cabana Life! As a member of an extraordinary team here at Cabana Life, what's not to love! Working for an empowering, women-owned business that is on a mission to eradicate skin cancer allows me to feel a sense of fulfillment at work. I know I am contributing to a great company and helping to make an impact at the same time. Our clothes are so bright and lively, and it certainly radiates the same way at the office! I am happy to be a part of Cabana Life.
Some fun facts about me include; I am originally from Pennsylvania and now reside near our headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. I love spending time at the beach, outdoors or in the gym. I can never live without a dog or coffee. I love to travel and explore new places.

Does it cost money?
- Nope! We want to help you find the best Cabana Life product for your body, lifestyle and occasion.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
- Our stylist will wait ten minutes before closing out the appointment. If you're able to let the stylist know you're running late or would like to reschedule, please call Cabana Life customer service at 1-844-SPF-LOVE.
Do I need a Zoom account?
- No, you do not need to create an account with any service.
Will you send a calendar invite?
- Yes, a calendar invitation will be sent to the email address you signed up with.
How will I get on the video call?
- The confirmation email and the calendar invite will include a link to the video call.
Will you send me a reminder?
- Yes, we'll send a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
- No, your stylist will prepare selections based on the preferences you leave while booking your appointment. If you'd like to share more information with your stylist prior to the appointment, reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call 1-844-SPF-LOVE.
Do I have to share my face on the video call?
- If you're busy with the kids or don't have time to put makeup on (we get it!), no need to worry about showing your video. Your stylist will be sharing their face on camera and we prefer you to as well, but understand you may not feel comfortable. Your stylist will be able to assist you either way!
What happens after the video call?
- If you place your order during the call with the stylist, you will receive order updates via your email. If you'd like to place your own order, your stylist will follow up with an email providing links to your favorite pieces.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
- Please let us know 48 hours prior to your appointment through the link in your confirmation email and calendar invite. If you have issues cancelling using that method, you can email [email protected] or call 1-844-SPF-LOVE.
