A: Lionparts.com is not obligated to collect sales tax in your state.

Q: Can I return model-specific parts?

A: Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in the condition they were received in - unused and in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed, damaged during an attempted installation and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.

To prevent ill-fitting pieces and returns, please take care to ensure the part you ordered is for your specific vehicle. Before installing any model-specific parts, please take note of this policy.

Q: If there was an issue during my order, can I resubmit?

To avoid duplicating your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for quick and reliable assistance with your purchase. Call us at 1- 888-927-3076 or email [email protected].

Our Customer Service representatives will access your order information in our database and, if it hasn't been submitted, they will place the order on your behalf.

Q: How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

A: Of course, we hope you won't. But, if you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-888-927-3076 as soon as possible to cancel an order. Keep your order number nearby.

Our team will try our best to prevent the order from being processed, but bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to process orders quickly and on their way to customers as efficiently as possible. That means even if you contact our Customer Service team immediately following your order, it may already be in the shipping process. If this is the case and you still don't want the part after its arrival - return it to us.

Q: What is your warranty period?

A: We aim to provide best in class products, sourcing only top-notch brands and quality accessories. If your item does become defective within 30 days following your original shipment date, we'll exchange it free or charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise.

Most parts come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to each item's specifications for detailed warranty information.

Q: How do I return an item I purchased?

A: We aim to ensure you receive the best quality product, suited to your unique needs.

If a part doesn't fit or you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, the majority of our products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened.

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Refunds can be anticipated within four weeks of depositing your package to a return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return when we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund requests (5 to 10 business days).

Q: How do I find out the model of my vehicle?

A: Before placing a parts order, please check the exact year, make and model of your vehicle. This will help ensure your purchase is suited to your vehicle.

Look at the operator's manual included with your vehicle for detailed information. Model information is often displayed on the steering head or frame on motorcycles and ATVs.

It is extremely important you provide a model number and not just the model name to guarantee an exact match between your purchase and power sport equipment.

Q: Do you have size charts?

A: Yes. You will find size charts listed with each product.

Charts are provided by the manufacturer of the listed product and should only be used as a general guide. People are different. We can't guarantee size charts will reflect every individual.

Q: There is something I want, but it isn't listed on your website. Can I place a special order?
