Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or military addresses.

Shipping Locations and Carriers

All orders are shipped from our California and Georgia warehouses. We use FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground to ensure delivery to your door within 5 business days for the continental USA.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within one business day of receipt. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed before 7 AM local time on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7 AM will be processed the next business day. West Coast orders are typically shipped from our California warehouse, while East Coast and Central orders are shipped from our Georgia warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery times.

Track Your Order

Tracking information, including updates on shipping status, estimated delivery time, dispatch, and any delivery exceptions, will be automatically sent to your email. You can also track your order by clicking "Track Your Order" in the top and bottom navigation of our website. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
