FAQs - Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, please contact RalliTEK Customer Service BEFORE you finalize and submit your order. We have a great Customer Service team ready to help answer your questions or concerns and to ensure you purchase the exact products you want and need.

We cannot stop an order after it has been placed and a 5% cancellation fee will apply to all orders once it has been submitted (before shipping). In addition, if you pay for your order with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers labor and material, merchant processing fees, and other costs associated with processing your order.

Once a shipping tracking number has been generated for your order, it will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (see below).

*Strut assemblies and items built-to-order are assembled according to your order specifications and are considered custom orders. Therefore, these CANNOT be canceled and/or returned without a 25% restocking fee and pre-approval from RalliTEK Customer Service.
