Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Generally For Prepaid Delivery : Rs 75/-
For COD Delivery : Rs 75 + Rs 35 COD Charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return Policy:
- To return your product contact us [email protected] , you should send your product to: Aqua Herbals Warehouse, Patna
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over INR 1000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
